These service providers process data for Contour Cloud (app.contourdocs.com and the workspace addresses name.contourdocs.com). Our privacy policy describes what we process and why. We conclude a data processing agreement on request: [email protected].

Content delivery network in front of the application and this website. Processes technical connection data as our processor. Transfers to third countries are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Object Storage for uploaded files, in German data centres, as our processor.

OpenRouter, Inc., USA
Contour AI, only when AI is switched on in a workspace and Contour AI is used. Receives the selected text or question and the excerpts it needs, as our processor, and forwards requests only to model providers in the EU. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Billing for paid plans: billing details, the admin's email address, the workspace name, the plan and the number of seats.

Run by us

The application, database and cache run on onesrv's own hardware in Germany. We send email through our own mail server, and error reports go to an error tracking service we run ourselves.

Chosen by you

If a workspace configures its own AI provider, that provider acts for the organisation, not as our subprocessor. The same applies to apps you connect through MCP or an API key. Signing in with Google or GitHub is optional; see the privacy policy.
